OMAR SHRINE CENTER'S BARBEQUE COMPETITIONS
Omar Shrine Center is proud to host two Smoke on the Beach barbeque competitions in Myrtle Beach. All
interested parties are encouraged to participate, and the public is invited to join us for the fun, festivities, and of
course the food!
The first event of the year, Smoke on the Beach, will be held at the Family Kingdom on April 18-19, 2008. The
second event, Smoke on the Beach, in conjunction with the Beach, Boogie & BBQ Festival, will be held at the
former air force base facilities, known as Valor Park, on Labor Day Weekend.
